Assembly Bill No. 340 Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment Program: trauma screening, CaliforniaLegislativeInformation.org -- California state legislature has drafted a bill that would require the State Department of Health Care Services, in consultation with the State Department of Social Services and others, to convene an advisory working group to update, amend, or develop, if appropriate, tools and protocols for screening children for trauma.
